When you sign up to Kuramed Pharmacy, we will confirm the details you have provided (such as name and DOB) with your surgery and the NHS. One we have confirmation, we save those details onto our database. This is to ensure that we offer a safe and secure service. If your Kuramed details need updating, please contact us immediately and directly to let us know.

In England, all pharmacies will accept any unwanted medication. It is also possible to send unwanted medication back to us — simply contact us by phone or email to arrange a return.

If it is not life-threatening and the pharmacy is closed you can contact the NHS helpline by dialling 111. In an emergency or life-threatening situation call 999.

If you are waiting for your medication from Kuramed Pharmacy, please contact us on support@kuramedpharmacy.co.uk. Our support team is available 9am – 1pm, 2pm – 6pm Monday – Friday.

Your medication will be delivered within days of your prescription being received. The average time for delivery is 48 hours, but to ensure your medication is received on time, we recommend ordering it with your surgery at least 7 days ahead of when you need it.

We deliver to any UK address via our trusted in-house delivery drivers or Royal Mail.

Some people are automatically entitled to free NHS prescriptions, making them exempt from payment. Some of the exemptions include age, benefits from the government or certain medical conditions.

On your first prescription request with Kuramed Pharmacy, you will be asked to provide evidence of your exemption.
